Interview
I applied online. I heard back after about a week via email. They asked for my availability. I was scheduled with HR and hiring manager. Not much information provided when I asked what the interview would entail.
I applied through university. I interviewed at Biobot Analytics (Boston, MA)
Interview
Just one hour before the anticipated interview, which I had prepared for extensively, I received an unexpected and abrupt notification that the interview was canceled at the last minute. This turn of events was completely unforeseen, leaving me feeling deeply disappointed and disheartened, especially considering the extensive efforts and time I had invested in preparing for what I believed would be a significant opportunity.
I applied online. I interviewed at Biobot Analytics in Feb 2022
Interview
The online application was okay even though it comes across as somewhat rigid. That, in a way was attractive to me because it sounded as if they know what they’re looking for. I was contacted within the next 48 hours after I applied with a message from the talent expert or recruiter. This message contained a link for me to pick a time slot that would be convenient for both of us. I picked the time just fine.
Then about a day or two later the recruiter contacted me just to let me know she would not be able to interview me at the time I picked because she's in the West coast and I'm in the East coast (which still was in the 9 a.m. to 5p.m. of her time frame). I was flexible enough to say that even though I preferred the time I picked, because of my work hours, I could accommodate to any time she wanted but she never responded. It's been about a week now and I still haven't heard anything back from anyone.
Why in the world would anyone want to work for a company that makes them feel not valued?
