2 Person interview-Director and Manager. Asked general questions about experience and how I would handle a difficult person. They asked about my processes, time management skills, a time where I had to deliver difficult or negative news to a patient/customer.
They seemed a little unprepared like they hadn't really looked at my resume.

Pretty typical questions, none that were difficult at all.
Joke! They kept me waiting for 20 minutes. I saw them walk by taking on cell phones the whole time. Unprepared. Had to come back for second interview because they were scattered

No question was unexpected.They do situational interviews and not sure if any of the interviewers knew the answers to. Training is a joke, they play games and never get to anything pertinent to the job you are going to do. I accepted the offer because I did not have a job, however I continue to look at other opportunities.This was like getting punked from the interview process through the training process most unprofessional company ever!!!
