Wonderful. Had great zoom calls with different members of the teams. Onsite was great. Interviews were very well organized and I felt that the onsite process spoiled me. I've exclusively worked for terrible employers my entire career, and just as an interviewee, I was already blown away by how I was treated.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at BioMarin Pharmaceutical
Interview
Got a phone interview after about 2 weeks from application submission date. The interviewer asked me to provide 3 references afterwards. A week later, I was offered an on-site interview. They got back to me within a few days after the on-site interview and extended the offer to me.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at BioMarin Pharmaceutical
Interview
Very quick interview process with several days in between the phone and on-site interviews. Pleasant experience on-site with two panels lasting one hour. Received and accepted offer the following week.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at BioMarin Pharmaceutical
Interview
Phone interview followed by onsite interview. Onsite interview was split into 5 different ones, each with either one or two colleagues. The whole process took almost 3 hours. Similar questions were asked at each interview, mostly behavioral. Interview process was long but the company did not get back on the results of the interview with an email even after follow up.
