I got an interview through their career fair posted on LinkedIn. In the beginning they let you see around in the company. They then call you to a room. Most people have one interviewer while I have two, maybe becasue they saw that I did not have research experience. They looked at my resume and asked about my experience, and why do I want to work at their company.
