Interview
I had four interviews with different team members throughout two weeks period. All the interviewers were knowledgeable and respectful. I didn’t feel like it was an interrogation but more a two-way conversation. I found out a lot about Binance and its culture. Also, Sarah from the HR department was very efficient, supportive, and helpful throughout the process.
There were rounds — HR screening, “technical” round by team members, and final culture check by team lead. Fast and efficient — wrapped up within 2 weeks or so. Folks were mostly professional, responsive, and friendly

Interview
I communicated with Binance directly. My contact, Sarah, was very professional (more so than even some of the external professional recruitment companies/service providers that I have encountered before). Through her efforts, Binance processed my application swiftly, and there were also constant updates on what the next steps are (e.g. who my next interview will be with, and when, etc). This is very helpful to job candidates, who also need to plan the process around their other logistics/schedules. And when there were issues to address, Sarah continued to remain present and helped to clarify my queries as best as she could, to the extent possible. This was deeply appreciated. All in all, I would regard Binance’s recruitment process to be fast, efficient and professional. Sarah is truly an asset for the company and its recruitment efforts. The interviewers I met were also all very professional and polite; and highly skilled in their respective domains.
