The interview process is comprised of two steps: the initial phone screening where they get to know you a bit (experience, background, etc.) and then if they like what they hear they move you to the second interview where they ask more technical questions and have a short assessment.
WARNING: The interviewers are quite unprofessional.
They were very late for the first interview scheduled (they had to be reached out to and reminded).
After both rounds they said they were finalizing an offer that would arrive the next day or two but actually just went silent for over a week (in which they were apparently interviewing other candidates).
Then they reached out randomly again to discuss the role and said they would make an offer (again) only to decline a day or two after and say they can't make one. So they went from making an offer to ghosting to making an offer to declining to make an offer.
Other than this, the interviewers were actually cool during the interviews but extremely unprofessional otherwise.
TL;DR Avoid if you would rather work with honest professionals who respect your time and don't play games.
