Bizare ...they asked me about my CTC and expected CTC through consultancy sampoorna. Then two technical rounds happened, one virtual by an iitian and second face to face by an IIM passed out technical director, followed by an HR round The hr asked all kindof details including expected and current CTC and all breakup details . Next within a week another HR calls from the company who was initial point of contact during face to face , some Tanushree I guess. She asked for all kindsof document up and above normal but I obliged considering they were going to offer a job . They said they don't offer esop but would try to match something up and above within CTC and I was still fine . They asked for annual statements throughout for my esop accounts , payslips and all my increment letters till date. And then made me wait and wait , when I tried to followup about after another week ...boom there was a template email from consultancy which said profile was good but we might let you know some other time . On call the lady said they have budget constraints A complete unprofessional and rookie hr , my only question being were you not aware of your budget before interview, after interview or even before collecting documents. What kindof scam are you guys trying to pull out of these interviews?
