It was not too bad. Overall, if you read the job description and match it up with your resume, you should do fine. The interview was with Mrs. McKinney and Mr. Torres, they also asked about how you are in a team setting.

Well organized. Applied on line. The longest part of the process was from initial application to first contact. After the first contact there were two phone interviews and proceed to panel interview with all the stakeholders. Job offer within a week.

The head of HR had already thoroughly reviewed my application, so we were able to move on to other topics which made the interview both conversational and efficient because it was not necessary to repeat information and we could spend the time to actually get to know each other.
