The first interview was brief with the HR hiring manager to check whether I met basic job criteria. After the initial call, I met with an SDR team manager. The conversation seemed to go well, and he even asked to connect with me on LinkedIn. However, the days and weeks after the interview told a different story. I never received a courtesy email informing me that I hadn't advanced to the next round, leaving me ghosted during the interview process.
