BigTime Software Customer Success Manager interview questions

Interview went well. Basic get to know you questions. After the interview, I was told that someone would be getting back to me within the week. After the week went by, I followed up with the person I interviewed with.. no response. I sent 3 messages to them over the course of a week and a half and then finally heard back yesterday, wanting to set a call for today. 58 mins has now gone by and no show from BigTime... I even reached back out, 30 Mins after our scheduled time and still no response. Communication seems to be an issue here.
