Interview
Casual. Hired on the Spot. Took place in manager's office and was quick and simple. Given a math test for cashier position and a high school diploma is needed. Will need to back extensive background test and a fingerprinting process is done at the sheriff's house after getting hired. Make sure to come in business attire. Do not forget to bring your resume and cover letter to bring to the interview because that get's reviewed for the most part.

The interview was very easy. Sat in the office with one hiring manager and she asked a couple questions about me, mostly just small talk. Most of the interview was her telling me what the job would be like.

Talk about yourself and your past experiences. Around 15 minutes with the manager. Will be contacted about a week after interview with a phone call discussing next time you can come in.
It was average. About thirty minutes long. They were cordial. They spoke about the responsibilities of a sales associate and the hours expected for the position they were looking for.
