Bidwells interview questions

Several stage interview process: online application -> screening interview -> in-person applicant day in Cambridge -> Oxford office interview. The process was professional and pleasant across the board. The screening interview was brief and consisted of rapid fire questions, the applicant day was collaborative and engaging, and the final interview genial. I was ultimately advised that the business had reviewed their recruitment metrics and decided against proceeding with hiring graduates at that time (whether this applied nationally or locally, I cannot confirm).

It was calm. It was the first stage interview. Just with two interviewer, they were friendly, professional and calm. Most of the questions were centred around my skill set in regards to the role
