Initially, the screening round required a CV & a Portfolio. I held a credible portfolio in Social Media Marketing where I had collaborated with credible brands to generate 100K+ traffic within a month on multiple post with >3.5% engagement rate. I also had an experience with data analysis & tracking on GA, Content Strategy, Brand Pillar Conceptualisation etc. The credible impression got me selected for an interview. HERE COMES THE TWIST I had tattoos and they asked me to send my full picture. The moment I sent them, I got a following response. "We're sorry but can't accept you in our firm". Biancha has mentioned in their website in their ABOUT section as follows - "The state of the art manufacturing and quality testing facilities enables the company to compete with international standards, not only in terms of our quality, but also in terms of our diversity and cost efficiency." Well they clearly want to maintain international standard by showing diverse products but they clearly don't accept diversity in their team & SKILLS DON'T MATTER TO THEM. Please be careful with their firm and send your pictures to their HR.
