Interview
The interview process began with an online coding assessment focused on algorithms and data structures. Then I had two technical interviews covering system design, backend concepts, and debugging scenarios. Finally, there was a behavioral round with the engineering manager discussing past experiences, teamwork, and problemn solving. Overall, the process tested both technical and soft skills thoroughly but it felt structured and fair.
