We are so sorry that you felt like you had a bad experience with your interviews. In Beyond we are particularly focussed on ensuring every applicant has a great experience through our recruitment process and we value each and every application. Our standard process is a screening call, 1st interview and then 2nd interview. We have systems in place to ensure that every person that attends a screening,1st interview and a 2nd interview is contacted afterwards in a timely manner and given the opportunity to get feedback if they wish. It may be worth checking your spam folder to see if perhaps you missed an email? We also encourage all applicants to re-apply as sometimes even though we think your skills are excellent, there is just somebody a little more suitable for our needs in that process. However, we often re-advertise for multiple roles and would be very happy to speak with you again.
