Beyond Finance Strategy &Amp; Operations Analyst interview questions

The screening interview was conducted over Google Meet. The recruiter kept her camera off and moved through the questions in a very direct, impersonal manner, with little to no conversational engagement. Overall, the process felt very one-sided, and I got the impression that she did not want to be there. After reading other reviews, it seems this was not an isolated experience, which made the overall impression even more negative. At the end of the interview, she told me I would hear back by early the following week regarding a case study with the team manager. Instead, I heard nothing for three weeks. I only received a rejection email after I followed up myself to ask for an update. The lack of communication and follow-through felt highly unprofessional.
