Smooth not clear on how bonuses work. Not clear on how program works. Pay rate is low and you cannot negotiate. They have a lot of employees often. Training is 4 weeks.

Interview
The whole process was fairly easily. The interview lasted about 15 minutes or less. The questions were very simple concerning debt settlement. After the interview I was given options concerning their open positions
