Interview
Interview process was 3 parts: 1. Initial phone screening with one of the recruiting team which lasted about 30 mins. Was told I would be given a technical challenge. 2. Technical challenge that included working with their API. After sending it off I didn't get any confirmation they'd received it for quite some time. 3. Chat with engineering manager about my technical solution and experience. The recruitment team attempted to deliver feedback by phone but was unable to get through to me. It would have been helpful if they could have told me when they would call. They were never available when I called back. After a few emails I finally got a rejection and that they'd gone with another candidate.

It's a shame to hear diary commitments did not allow for a conversation via phone, this is always our first and preferred way of communicating interview feedback. We acknowledge your comment regarding a scheduled time being more suitable and will look to understand if this works better for future campaigns.
