I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Beyond 12
Interview
After submitting your application, the process started with a questionnaire where you were instructed to write your responses about college access and interest in the position. If they like your answers, they will contact you to schedule a phone interview. If you pass that, you will be invited to a group interview. The group interview starts with an intro to the org from the CEO and group introductions. Then everyone is spilt into groups and you travel with your group to the one on one interview, role play activity, and group project. Its a very long process it took over a month to get to the group interview stage. Even then, I was disappointed because there were about 16 candidates for only 2 positions. I understand they want to hire the right candidate but seriously, the odds were terrible.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Beyond 12 (Atlanta, GA) in Jun 2023
Interview
Very long six hours 3 separate interviews one intro, individual interview, mock coach interview. The intro was very nice to get to know the team & understand who you could potentially be working with.

Question 1
Do you know someone who didn't complete college? What support do students need to finish their degree?
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Beyond 12 in Jun 2022
Interview
Beyond 12 asks a lot of you before giving you an opportunity to ask questions about the position. The initial application required a resume, one aspect of the role that most interests you, your data management experience, and why Beyond 12? The next round is a one-way video interview with unlimited takes. Then, they have 3 short pre-work questions (e.g. a sample email you'd write) that you must submit shortly after receiving the notification that you're moving on to "group interview day" (which is not in fact a group interview). GID actually consists of a group information session, a traditional 30-minute interview, and a role play and debrief in which you pretend to be a coach supporting a student through a scenario that they give you beforehand.
