Bexar County Economic and Community Development interview questions

There is a total of two interviews, the first lasted about 45 minutes and the second lasted about 30 minutes. Interviewed by just different people in the department. Questions are mainly on what experience you have in community development and what projects you’ve done. The second interview, the questions were how to obtain a certain stakeholder and how do you approach a projects? They also ask for professional references and their numbers.
