Two-step interview process, first with the store manager and then with the District Manager. The store manager will ask personality based questions and give you a styling test by presenting a typical scenario at work--a client comes in and needs to be styled for a special occasion. Your job is to walk around the store and pick out an outfit and then explain why. If the store manager approves of your interview, your information gets passed to the District Manager of your region, who usually conducts a phone interview.
