I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Bevello in Apr 2016
Interview
I received an email from a recruiter about applying, and was instantly called the next day to set up an interview. My first interview was with the Store Manager, it was a pretty basic retail management interview. She then scheduled me for the next step, an interview with her District Manager. Again, this was a pretty basic phone interview, asking general questions about my experience and knowledge. At the end, I was told I would hear from the Store Manager in two days about the next step. I was asked about salary, start date, and so on. I never received a call, so I attempted to reach out to her a day later. When I called the store and asked for her (by name), I was told no one by that name worked there... Which quite obviously is not the truth. It was a very bizarre experience, like a crappy significant other ghosting you. It was very unprofessional how they handled it, and quite confusing.

Interview
One on one interview with the store manager - she went over my background, experience and asked general interview questions. The interview went well, and she told me the rest of the process would involve an interview with the district manager, and then a phone interview with the CEO of the company.
