Started with an initial screening interview with an HR representative, then a panel style interview, then follow up alignment interview with Sales Director - all were very friendly, and felt like quality time spent in assessment.

I received a response to my application quickly, within a week. I had an initial phone screen with the Director of HR, who was very nice and personable. I received a follow up about a week later that they would like to move to the next phase of the interview. I received another offer during this time, so I ultimately declined the next interview. In hindsight I wish I hadn't declined, I really do believe this company would be good to work for.

Two step phone interview process. Centralized questions about each of past positions. No sales people now, small company. No opportunity to discuss your own successes, only based on their questions.
