Very smooth and positive experience. Really enjoyed meeting the team. The whole process took about 3 - 4 weeks. Engaged questions and a genuine desire to understand my background and skill set. Very receptive to questions I asked about the culture and values of the organisation.
The interview process is very clear and organised, giving you enough time to prepare ahead of interviews. They are also using novel ways to reduce unconscious bias in hiring, such as not reviewing your CV first but asking you to answer questions about the job.
