Interview
It was a group interview. Everyone was professional, friendly and courteous. The questions were standard behavioral based interview questions. They followed the STAR format. If you have practiced these you should be fine. I feel very optimistic.

There was three interviews total. First interview by telephone to briefly go over resume. Second interview was with Operations Director and senior employee. The third interview was with Operations Director and CEO.

Interview
The interview process was very simple. There was 1 single in person interview. Typically the supervisor of the department you’re applying for will be the one to oversee the interview. Be sure to do your research about the Better Business Bureau before applying because they will ask what have you heard about the BBB and what preexisting knowledge you have about what the organization does.
