Difficult on-line process in Paycom system and I am very computer literate. HR person who contacted me was professional, HR Director was nice. Interview included the facility's Executive Director who looked at me in a very strange way. She looked like she did not want to be there and she made me feel uncomfortable. She was rude to the HR person who was asking decent questions of me. She also asked what I believe, is an inappropriate question.

I am a young male and the executive director asked how I would deal with working with all women most of which would be older than me. I did my research and knew that the company was mostly women and felt I could be comfortable there.

Very informative and painless! the staff tried to make me as comfortable as possible during the interview process. The questions were in scenario form, and answers were relevant to the position applied for.
