Bethel Church interview questions

Referred by existing employee, submitted resume and portfolio of relevant work and writing samples. I was then contacted to schedule an interview. Interview lasted about 60 minutes and was with the department's director and team member. Interview went well, interviewer was rushed at the end, but I was contracted within 2 business days with an offer.

the interview was oral and did not take long. they asked me if i was willing to work with children and i accepted. reason was i liked helping children and impacting their lives. proper nurturing was of the ways i would impact them because children need it inorder to grow up as useful and rsponsible people that can fit in sosciety.
