BetMGM VIP Account Associate interview questions

After applying I received an email from a recruiter. We had a 30 minute phone screener interview. After that I had my first interview with 2 regional VIP sports managers. It wasn't a difficult interview. The guys were very personable and did not use the star method. It felt very conversational. About 3 business days later I got a call from another recruiter wanting to setup a second interview. This time with a VIP sports manager and the director of VIP management for sports. Very similar to the first interview. It felt very conversational. I did not receive an offer, but the interview process was good. Also both interviews were virtual. Everyone works from different locations.
