Very simple process. Watch a couple videos, have an phone interview, and see if this is for you. The biggest thing is you have determine if you believe in yourself to do this. People get scared about a commission only position, but I know I can sell. The only thing that scared me was to keep working for my currently company that did not care about me, or the rest of the employees. If you do not believe in your own abilities then maybe this is not for you...but if you have the confidence and know you have a whole company behind you to help with training and encouragement...then the process was great.
