2 part interview with various store managers as well as orientation and phone interviews. The process overall took about two weeks and was generally a breezy and casual professional retail service type interview to ensure prospective employee has charisma, good people skills and was skilled and willing to sell products, metrics, and drink the kool-aid as needed. Standard stuff.

They asked me about my experience handling irate customers and how to turn the situation around into a a favorable outcome
Standard interview questions. They ask if you have tech knowledge but it is a plus and not required. Overall the job is more customer oriented than technical but they are more than willing to teach.
it was a very interesting interview, we talked about hitting sales goals and other things. the interview went very smoothly and i ended up getting the job which was nice
