Very easy and quick - they were fast with responding to an offer. They sent it out within 48 hours from the final interview. Best Buy is a great company to work for

Interview
Preliminary phone interview which was easy, just show your personality. Second interview was with a department manager. This was more in depth, just sell yourself. After this interview, she wanted me to switch positions I was applying for since she saw a better fit. The third and final interview was with the store general manager, again I showed my personality, gave examples of past work experience that was applicable and was hired immediately.
