Sitting in a room listening to the GM gas on about fake values. He seemed to be almost bored to be doing this! It was hardly a difficult interview, but at the same time told me nothing about what I'd be doing, likely because he had no idea.

One insanely long online questionnaire, then an interview with a supervisor or manager, then a final interview with the GM. A bunch of bs training and online learnings and then you're at the mercy of whoever they have train you and most of it you won't be taught until it comes up and it'll seem like there's never enough you can learn to properly do your job and once you learn something they change a policy or move you depts.
