The In person interview was with supervisors and managers present. The interview was a Short process, and I found out result of the interview on site on that same day.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Best Buy in Sept 2010

After applying online, went to the store 2 days later to speak to any manager. Told the assistant manager that I applied online and she basically signed me up for an interview the next day. Had the interview with the manager and he basically asked simple questions. First is Why best buy then some questions that draws on past experience. He said I did very well for my interview and later that day I got another call for another interview for the following week. First interview was on Friday, and I'm having my second interview today.
Pretty easy interview. There should be two interviews. One with the department manager and then one with the general manager in the upcoming days. I received the offer from over the phone.

3 interviews. all easy. first one with direct supervisor, second one with assistant manager, third one with the general manager. all interviews were no more than 30 minutes. Dressed casual, recieved an offer on the same day as the last interview. Started working within 1 or 2 weeeks
