Started with a telephone call, and they asked obvious questions like what makes you want to work at Best Buy, and why would it be a good fit for you. Then they tell you you have an interview, probably real soon, and thats when they ask all the "describe a time" questions..

Describe a time when you were put around people you didn't know. How did you handle the situation?
Was not hard. Asked simple behavioural questions and wanted to grasp if I could handle high-pressured environments to be able to handle work on days such as Black Friday. Mostly just talked about my past experience in retail!
It wasn’t bad at all. It was just a few quick questions about my past experience and whether or not I would be able to work part or full time, stuff like that.
