The interview seemed standardized and was an open experience. It was an at ease process and the managers were supportive and positive during the interview process. It has been a while since I completed the interview, but overall was a positive experience and a relaxed environment for an interview.

What is your greatest strength and greatest weakness?
They did a virtual interview with a third party. They asked me around 8 questions with about 2 mintues to anwser them with 10 second to think of a response. Then I got texted from a hiring manager to schedule an in person interview.

If you had a list of tasks given to you in the morning but it slipped your mind until the last 10 minutes of your shift. These tasks MUST be done by the end of the day. How would you approach the situation.
Interview process is fully online and conducted through video interviews. It's a little dehumanizing, not in a bad sense, but I believe using video for interviews makes it difficult to gauge what the job is going to be like.

The best way to describe the interview is to ask if you’re willing to be more of a salesperson.
