I applied and got a interview after a few days, I went to the interview and got ask many basic questions and some situational theory questions and some problem solving questions.
I was there with 10-15 people waiting but the interview person apoligied for the long wait.
I disscused my education and some of my work history and anyother details that will show my sales experience and customer service skills.

Simple and straightforward. I got a phone call after application. We Scheduled an in person meeting in the brentwood store. They conducted the interview in the office room. They follow up with orientation dates
Applied online, then after a few days I got a call to schedule an in person interview. The interview was the manager and another person. They asked me questions and I answered in STAR format. They offered the position to me on the spot.
Pretty straightforward, I was alot to describe from previous work experience. How you know about the company. So make sure when reply dont pause with uhm..... and dont say I dont know and I'm willing to learn
