Interview
A day after my interview for Sales Consultant- Computing and DI I got call by the hiring manager and she was informed that I was interested in working for the Geek Squad team and she told me to submit an application. On that same day, I went online once again and submit my application for the Geek Squad Consultation agent, that was a Friday. She said that she will keep an eye on my application and I was going to be called to set the interview. Since I didn't hear from them on Monday and I waited until Tuesday to call and ask what was my application status for the Geek Squad. I got a called the next day to set a job interview for the following week and this job interview was going to be considered a 1st interview with the Department Manager. He ask similar questions as they do for the Sales Consultant Computing and Di with some exceptions. There was no technical questions. No job offer at this time because I still have to do one more interview that its set with the General Manager. A few hours after my interview I got called to set a final interview with the General Manager for the next day.
Standard interview questions. They ask if you have tech knowledge but it is a plus and not required. Overall the job is more customer oriented than technical but they are more than willing to teach.
it was a very interesting interview, we talked about hitting sales goals and other things. the interview went very smoothly and i ended up getting the job which was nice
The interview process is first conducted virtually, then you are invited to an in-person interview. All in all, this is a quick process and things go quickly. Filling out thirty words.
