Interview
1) phone call from store manager
2) set up interview date
3) wait a couple of today before you get a phone call to come in for interview number 2
4) final interview for hired and get told to take a drug test
5) wait two weeks before I get call to come in for orientation
6) orientation was boring and last 3 hours
7) start working a week later

Fair interview process, I was asked relevant questions and were super welcoming. Was asked about myself , my values , and why I would be a good fit for the company.

Interview
Straightforward very easy interview with basic questions. Mostly assess previous experiences and skills etc relative to job. Bestbuy is a overall okay place to work and a good place to gather skills to transition into a different position
Good not hard, easy to talk to manager. Also lots of turnover so easy to find openings. they did a good job of asking me about me and not just my ability to do the job
