It asked more about your previous experience than scenarios. It was a more laid back interview. If you have even hostess experience it would be helpful, because I had no waitress experience when I applied.

Interview
Very easy interview process, especially if you have previous restaurant experience. However, they really get you amped up for a lot of promises that just cannot be kept. I interviewed for a wait staff position and ended up in carry out. They said it was because I had to "learn the menu"... which I understand, but I was not moved quickly out of carry out.
Called in for IV after submitting resume online. Nice chat over phone. Company emailed me with appt time, directions for interview. Met with manager. Again nice chat.
