Easy, Met with local broker, then area broker. Local broker was very knowledgable about the area and the process. Great leader. Area Broker was kind, encouraging. It's a good company.

As an independent contractor, it falls squarely on you to perform. So the company investment is there, but minimal. If you have your license and a relaxed, professional demeanor, the interview is the least of your worries.
