A quick meeting with the office manager to get to know you and for you to take the opportunity to learn more about the company. It's quite seamless and straightforward. Not a typical interview.

Discussion with the manager about the office and the company. Real Estate agents are independent contractors so there really is no discussion about benefits. It is not a difficult interview process.
