Contacted them through their website and had an interview online, which was impressive given that Japanese companies are about a century behind. The interviewer was clear about the requirements for the position, which were stupid but again, it's Japan. Then came salary talks, and I politely asked if the pay was negotiable (they were offering peanuts for all the requirements they had). They never even replied. Waste of time.
