I recently had an initial conversation with a recruiter from the company, and unfortunately it was one of the most disappointing interview experiences I've had.
The recruiter joined the call late, and the conversation felt rushed from the beginning. Rather than discussing my background, career goals, or the opportunity itself, the interaction felt focused on finding reasons I wouldn't be a fit. The call ended after only about five minutes, leaving little opportunity for a meaningful conversation. I felt like if I had gone out of my way to schedule an interview, the least you can do is respect me as a candidate and my time.
I understand not every candidate will be the right fit, but I believe candidates deserve a professional and respectful experience. Overall left a bitter taste in my mouth for the company as a whole.
