Berger Hirschberg Strategies Development Associate interview questions

There were 3 different interviews with Stephanie Berger the President and Josh Arker the VP. I felt it was very tough with tests involved. I had 3 rounds of question and answers sessions. I really gained an understanding of the job.

Interviewed in person three times. Twice by management and once by development Associate and had a work test and my references were contacted. They asked for my CV in advance.
