Interview process was standard but formal. I was contacted via email by the Director and invited in for an interview. I interviewed with three staff members including the assistant to the judge and the director of the department I was interviewing for. The interview lasted abut 30 minutes, including a tour of the building and the office the new hire would be working in. I was also introduced to a few of the current staff members.
