A full day of interviews with admin and faculty, observations of my demo lesson, and tour of campus. Faculty were welcoming and respectful. However, I never heard a response of "yes" or "no," which left me feeling disrespected and perplexed.
The interview process included an initial screening, followed by panel interviews focused on instructional practice, collaboration, and problem-solving. Candidates also discussed past experience, responded to scenario questions, and demonstrated alignment with the school’s mission and culture.

They asked me to describe how I support diverse learners and adapt instruction to meet students’ academic and language needs.
Very thorough interview process and campus visit. The hiring team communicated quickly and effectively, made sure I was provided with all the material necessary to prepare my on campus interview. All in all a lovely experience.
