Easy group interview - they ask a few questions and you go around answering in the group
Also a lot of ice breakers and team activities which make you feel more comfortable

Interview
One interview session with the floor manager - a few basic questions about work history, skills, communication and work ethic. Face to face and then she offered me the job on the spot and I accepted then I started shortly after and had to do a few training days.
