Initial phone interview with recruiter then 30 minute interview with hiring manager. Both parties were kind and had the best interests of the institution in mind. Despite follow up, no feedback was given.
Easy phone interview with PI. Identified through pubmed to see who I wanted to work with. Made sure they had plenty of funding and would support my research goals. Also wanted to make sure the lab had the resources I needed for my work.

Interview
First Round: Phone Screening. It was about my qualifications and expected salary. Be careful. I believe they didn't select me because they thought my salary expectations were high. Even though I told them its negotiable, they pushed me till I gave them a figure.
Second round: Technical Group Interview.
