Interview
The interview process at B&G is seamless and organised. From the minute I was approached, to receiving the job offer, the Directors were friendly, inviting, and were clear about timeframes and expectations. They made me feel welcome and settled any nerves I had in the first interview. In the second interview, I already felt like part of the team by the time I left.

They asked many questions. They focused a lot on what I want for my future, what works well for me being a Mum of two children, and talked about their plans for the future and how I could fit into that role.
