There was an in person panel interview. There were a few different groups of people who would come in with their own questions. The best way I can think to describe it is as multiple rounds within one interview.

Interview
The process was very easy. Applied via LinkedIn and got an email the next day from the Dallas Directing Manager. Had a brief conversation on the phone and set up a time to come in for an interview the following week. Interview was about 30 mins. Asked basic questions about my background, the company, etc... I was extended an offer the following week after they concluded all other interviews.

Interview was long.Lot of personal questions were asked, interviewer had no idea of Excel but was Keen to ask.
All they want to know is that if you can handle situations with client and work independently without support.
